3/15/2010 Today I started the diet. I am anxious so see if I will be hungry. I am hoping not. I am excited to get lots of energy too. We will put it to the test.
So It has not been too bad. for lunch We had Chicken cooked on the old George Foreman Grill. Cumbers and Tomato, 2 crackers, and an old orange. It's all I had. For supper we had BBQ Chicken. That was quite tasty. A little lettuce, cucumber, tomato, 2 crackers, and an apple. I get hungry and then i drink water....you know the water that I just love, Yummy :). I can't wait to see what my weight loss is going to be. Later :)
